I find this to be a superior digestive aid. You can find other products with the same digestive enzymes as this one but this one has two ingredients that you cannot find combined with the other products. The first one is Bromelain which helps to relax the stomach to calm nausea and assists in releasing cramps. The second is alpha-galactosidase, this is the enzyme included in products formulated to digest things like the skin on beans and peppers and prevent gas. It is the most well-rounded inclusive digestive aid I have taken and I am subscribed to it. Honestly I'd be lost without it. Whenever I have indigestion gas cramping these are the Little wonders that help me to cope.
I’ve been using this for only 4 days and the change in my excess gas problem is crazy! Almost no gas (I know everyone has some gas)!! I’m so pleased with this product, and so is my husband, lol!! I didn’t know what I was having a problem digesting and thought I’d give this multi-enzyme product a try, and I’m so glad I did!!
Product came quicker than expected. I have a few other products from this brand and have been happy with them all
I have never been one to have acid reflux even though my stomach did not produce a lot of acid, and I thought that this product would help my body with the digesting process - starting the break-down in the stomach so that more of the nutrients would be ready to be absorbed in the small intestine. I used these as recommended and was okay for almost 20 days when I began to experience acid reflux about 4-6 hours after taking it before a big meal. I tried using just when I would eat a larger meal but that did not totally alieviate the problem, so stopped all together. I don't know if it's this brand's ingredients or just that I do not need more acid, so doing a review just as a "head's-up" to other customers that may have the same conditions I do.
