Our story

We built this because we were tired of planning around dinner.

This isn't a supplement company born from a boardroom. It started with a personal problem, a long list of things that didn't work, and a simple question: why isn't there something that covers the whole meal?

Swapnil, Founder of Eterna Health

"Every restaurant was a decision. Every dinner invite meant thinking it through. At some point I stopped noticing how much mental energy I was spending just to eat a meal."

I have digestive sensitivities. Nothing dramatic, nothing that landed me in a hospital. But garlic, onions, certain beans, wheat-based things (foods that are quietly in almost everything) would leave me bloated and uncomfortable for hours. Sometimes longer. I didn't think of it as a big deal for a long time. It was just something I managed.

Except managing it meant I stopped suggesting restaurants I used to love. It meant eating something safe at home before a dinner party, just in case. It meant scanning menus before I arrived. Ordering the thing I knew was fine, while everyone else ordered what they actually wanted. The food joy that used to be there just quietly went away.

I tried a lot of things. An elimination diet, which worked but made eating with other people genuinely awkward. A dairy enzyme. A bean supplement. A probiotic. I had a shelf of products, each one doing something, none of them doing enough. What frustrated me most wasn't that they didn't work at all. It was that I never really understood what was inside them or why a particular dose should help with a particular meal.

I was taking supplements I didn't fully understand, for results I couldn't predict, at a cost that made me hesitant to use them every day.

Sound familiar?

Most people who find NutroZyme have been through some version of this. Years of trying things, a cupboard full of half-used products, and still planning around their gut.

What changed for me was stepping back and asking a simple question: why do I not know what's actually in the supplements I'm taking, or whether the dose is enough for a real meal?

Every enzyme supplement I'd tried listed a "proprietary blend" and left it at that. The enzymes might be real. The doses might be meaningful. But I had no way of knowing. And at the cost of using these things daily, that uncertainty felt like a problem worth solving.

We spent two years working with a formulation team and going through published research on each ingredient. The result is NutroZyme: six active ingredients, every one named with its dose and the unit it's measured in. You can look each one up independently. You can read the research behind it. And it comes in one capsule you take before your first bite. The same way, every time, without thinking about it.

That simplicity was the point. Not a system of three tablets matched to different foods. One capsule. Before you eat. That's it.

Our story

Food should bring people together. Not give them something to manage.

We make supplements that are honest about what's in them, simple to use, and worth the money for daily use, not just for special occasions.

A few questions we get

Straight answers from the founder

Why did you build this rather than just take what was already out there?

Because nothing I tried told me enough. Most supplement labels list a "proprietary blend" and that's it. No doses, no explanation of what each ingredient does, nothing you can actually verify. I was spending real money on products I couldn't evaluate. That felt like a solvable problem.

NutroZyme lists every ingredient by name, the unit it's measured in, and the dose per serving. You can look each one up. We didn't want anyone to just have to trust us.

Why one capsule? Why not let people adjust the dose?

Because adjustable dosing sounds good in theory but falls apart in practice. When you're at a restaurant and you don't know exactly what's in the food, how do you know what to take? I'd seen reviews from people spending time figuring out how much to use, carrying different amounts for different meals. That's not freedom, that's just a different kind of planning. One capsule before your first bite works the same way every time. The habit sticks because there's nothing to figure out.

What if I've already tried enzyme supplements and they didn't work?

That's the most common thing we hear. And it's worth asking why. Was the dose enough? Did the label actually tell you? Did it work inconsistently, or only for certain foods? Most people who find NutroZyme have already been through a version of this. We can't promise it'll work for everyone because no supplement can. But we can tell you exactly what's in it, and we offer a full 60-day refund if it doesn't work for you. We'd rather you have your money back than feel like you've been sold something again.

Are you going to make more products?

Not soon. One product we genuinely believe in is worth more than a range that looks good. NutroZyme is everything we make right now, and that's deliberate.

Are you going to expand into other products?

Eventually, probably. But not soon. We'd rather have one product that genuinely works than a range built on the same branding. NutroZyme is the only thing we make right now, and that's on purpose.
